The first touchscreen smartwatch with analog watch hands is here

A blending smartwatch with good old analog watch styling has never been easy for manufacturers, but MyKronoz might be the first to nail it. 

 ZeTime and ZeTime Petite, its new lineup of smartwatches, feature the very best tech that you come to expect from a smartwatch, plus moving watch hands – a first for a smartwatch.
You’re probably thinking this isn’t that big of a deal, but the way this timeless timepiece feature has been implemented actually is a leap ahead of what other companies have devised. 

 Better battery life
Aside from the massive benefits to battery life, the watch intelligently shifts them around to make your alerts and messages readable, acting as a divider for the screen until you’re ready to check the time again.

 Sounds cool? You won’t have to wait long to strap in, as MyKronoz announced that both sizes of its new ZeTime watch will release in early 2018 across various retail channels in over 60 countries. 

 As this isn’t the most specific statement in terms of exactly where you can snag the watch, we’ll be checking it out in-depth at CES 2018 and getting to the bottom of its availability across the globe then.

    Kids are all about the high tech gadgets, even little ones. They see parents or older siblings with cool cell phones and watches and they want them too. I always recommend gadget trackers to find the best smartwatches for kids.

The NYPD has to replace 36,000 Windows phones

Tina Moore, reporting for The New York Post: The NYPD has to scrap the 36,000 smartphones it gave cops over the past two years because they’re already obsolete and can’t be upgraded, The Post has learned. Facebook to prevent fake news pages from buying ads

In an effort to further curb the distribution of fake news, Facebook has announced through its official blog that it will be preventing pages that repeatedly share misleading articles from buying ads on the social networking site. A few months ago, the social network has prevented advertisers from sharing links to stories that have been marked as incorrect by third-party fact-checking organizations, which include Snopes.com and the Associated Press. Now, the new measure will enforce a stricter punishment, through preventing pages that continuously share fake news from buying ad spots. By preventing the offending pages from advertising, Facebook removes one of the key ways to expand their audience, which is important for these pages to successfully spread fake news and make money. Samsung Galaxy S9: the first rumors!

The Galaxy Note 8 isn't even out yet, yet we're already hearing the first rumors about Samsung's  next  phone: the Galaxy S9. The first rumor comes from the blog  Android Headlines , which cites a source that claims the Galaxy S8 successor will be announced towards the end of January and released in mid-February. The same source claims production on the Galaxy S9 began three to four months earlier than expected, hence the mid-February release date prediction; in comparison, this year's Galaxy S8 launched in March.
